For
groups reserving three or more rooms, an advance
payment covering the entire stay is required at the time
of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50.00 cancellation
fee per room is refundable if any or all reservations are
cancelled at least thirty one (31) days prior to arrival.
If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within
thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes
non refundable.

and Holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements.

Check in: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm; Check out: 11:00 AM; Office
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Payment
and Cancellation Policy: We charge your first night's
stay to guarantee your reservation. Because we are a small,
independent inn, cancellations significantly affect us.
If the reservation is cancelled for any reason at any time,
we charge a $35 cancellation fee. If the reservation is
cancelled or changed within 14 days of the reservation date
you will be charged for any room nights we cannot re-book.

Travelers. DUE TO RECENT INN BOOKINGS SCAMS, ALL
INTERNATIONAL GUESTS MUST SECURE THEIR RESERVATIONS WITH
A CREDIT CARD. Sorry, no international traveler’s
checks accepted.
